Kate West, Producer

Kate West is a Storyteller, Creative Producer, and empath. Having worked on both sides of the camera in the US and abroad, the intensity of Kate’s rapid-fire kundalini awakening and it’s emotional outgrowth drives her desire to share her experience with as broad an audience as possible. Kate is the founder of Emergent Entertainment with Katrina Michelle, a company whose mission is to demystify awaking experiences and bring light and understanding not only to the phenomenon of spiritual emergence/emergencies, but also what it takes to integrate and embody them, so that they can reveal our highest potential. She’s the author of La Befana and the Star, a children’s book series on finding your own north star, and executive producer of the soon-to-be series “Befana’s Magic World,” where love is the true currency.

Katrina Michelle, PhD, LCSW, is a holistic psychotherapist and life-long seeker who is passionate about conscious evolution. Informed by her doctoral research on spiritual emergence and her own transcendent experiences, she founded The Curious Spirit to support people in exploring, embracing, and integrating the multifaceted human experience through personal sessions, groups, community events, and creative endeavors. As co-founder of Emergent Entertainment, LLC and executive director of The American Center for the Integration of Spiritually Transformative Experiences (ACISTE), Katrina creates fun and engaging educational offerings that shift mainstream narratives to acknowledge, honor, and include the spiritual component of human development and catalyze our collective highest potential.

Scott Hilburn is a passionate cinematographer and producer on a mission to create conscious and elevating films and docs.  He had a spiritual awakening in 2010 and his entire life changed. He was lead down a journey of practicing and teaching advanced metaphysical techniques for 6 years. Now he practices and teaches Mindset through Personal Growth Exercises, Kundalini Yoga, Freeform Dance, and Other Conscious Techniques. He is also an investor into conscious and elevating organizations.

Adam is president of i2i Productions: Uniting Through Wisdom and Entertainment.


Phil Borges — Story Consultant: For over twenty-five years Phil Borges has been documenting indigenous and tribal cultures, striving to create an understanding of the challenges they face.  Phil’s recent project, CRAZYWISE, explores the relevance of Shamanic traditional practices and beliefs to those of us living in the modern world. CRAZYWISE centers around a young man struggling with his sanity, world renowned mental health professionals, and a gutsy survivor-led movement...all challenging a mental health system in crisis.

Paola Di Floria  — Paola di Florio is an Oscar and Emmy-nominated filmmaker and TV producer whose work has featured extraordinary individuals and the triumph of the human spirit. Most-recently, she co-wrote & directed the critically-acclaimed AWAKE: The Life of Yogananda (one of the top-grossing indie documentaries of 2014-15) and served as a Series Producer on CNN’s Emmy-nominated The Seventies.

Her films have screened at the U.S. Congress and in the British House of Lords. They’ve been distributed theatrically throughout the world and broadcast on HBO, CBS, NBC, FOX, PBS, CNN, Sundance Channel, Court TV, TLC and A&E. The New York Times described her work as “extraordinary” and “poignant…” Los Angeles Times found it “deeply affecting, revelatory [and] gripping…” Hollywood Reporter said that it “should be required viewing for all Americans.”

Peter Rader  — Peter Rader has worked as a film and television writer for 20 years. His first script, Waterworld, was produced by Universal in 1995. He has developed numerous projects for other studios, and industry leaders such as Steven Spielberg, Dino De Laurentiis and John Davis.

In the nonfiction arena, Rader has directed episodes of the hit TV show Dog Whisperer with Cesar Milan. He has worked as a cinematographer and editor on a number of award-winning documentary projects, including AWAKE: The Life of Yogananda, which he produced and edited. He also lead its worldwide distribution effort.
